All orders are processed and shipped with the utmost care. We currently deliver within Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, and throughout Europe. All shipping costs are listed transparently below. Shipping is handled by reliable logistics partners such as Austrian Post, DHL, or DPD.

Delivery Conditions

Orders are processed within 24 hours (on business days) after payment has been received.
Delivery times are based on the information provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance (especially for Switzerland).
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided during checkout.
For reasons of discretion, we ship exclusively in neutral packaging without external branding or product reference.

Partial Deliveries

If not all items in your order are available, we may make partial deliveries where reasonable. Any additional shipping costs resulting from this will be covered by us.

Shipping Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information on applicable charges.

Legal Information on Delivery and Ownership

All delivery times are calculated from the day after we receive payment.
Delivery is governed by the provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the Distance Selling Act (FAGG).
The goods remain the property of Blugroup OG until full payment has been received (retention of title).
If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transport interruptions), the delivery period will be extended accordingly.
In the event of defective or incorrect deliveries, statutory warranty rights under §§ 922–933 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) apply.
