Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between us and consumers who purchase goods through our online shop.
These GTC also include customer information pursuant to the German Civil Code Information Ordinance (BGB-InfoV).
The language of the contract is German.

Offer, Conclusion, and Storage of the Contract

Information on our website does not constitute binding offers to conclude a contract, but rather an invitation to place an order.
Our offers are directed exclusively at persons who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not make the products delivered by us accessible to minors.

The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of your binding order (by submitting the order process).
The automatic confirmation of receipt of the order does not yet constitute acceptance of the contractual offer. If no purchase contract is concluded within 7 days after receipt of the order, the offer shall be deemed rejected.

Payment and Delivery

After payment has been made by bank transfer or according to the selected payment method, the goods will be dispatched within 24 hours. Actual shipping time within Germany and Austria is usually 1–2 days.
Delivery delays due to events beyond our control release us from our delivery obligation for the duration and scope of the hindrance.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you accordingly. Partial deliveries may occur; any additional shipping costs will be covered by us.
For reasons of discretion, delivery will be made in neutral packaging with a neutral sender.

Gift Vouchers and Discount Codes

Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using discount vouchers.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Privacy Policy (Data Protection)

We place great importance on the protection of your personal data. Your data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR, Austrian DSG).

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect and store personal data only to the extent necessary for processing your order.
This includes in particular: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment information.

Purpose of Data Processing

Contract execution (order, delivery, payment)
Communication with you (e.g., questions or support)
Fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., tax retention requirements)

Disclosure of Data

Your data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers, payment service providers such as Klarna, banks).
No further disclosure will take place without your express consent.

Storage Period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for contract fulfillment or as required by law.
